We are seeking an experienced retailer to manage our Bedford store, which trades on 25,000 square feet and has a turnover of approximately £5M. The store majors on Women's Fashions, Menswear, Cosmetics, Fashion Accessories and Homewares. Do you have 'hands on' retail management skills gained within a department store environment or similar? Do you possess excellent 'people skills' and have the ability to motivate, develop and lead a customer-focused team to deliver first class customer care? Do you have the ability to drive sales and meet targets whilst controlling expenses in addition to relevant product knowledge and a good understanding of how to use space profitably?
