HOW DO I SEARCH FOR AND BUY A PRODUCT?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product. The simple way to
shop with Beales is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page
and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt
into product types (these are listed on the left of the page). You can refine
your search by narrowing your results by brand and by price.
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility (top right of the website) and we will find you everything related to your specific search.
Once you have found what you want, click 'buy', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details. Each time you add to your basket, you will see a 'continue shopping' button that you can click on to continue shopping if you are not ready to checkout and make payment.
To make a payment you can use your credit card or Beales Account card. If you are paying by Beales Account card we can only deliver to your registered cardholder address. Payments you make on your Beales Account card will show up on your normal monthly statement as usual. We take security very seriously and you can find out more information here.
I HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING BUT SEEN IT AT A DIFFERENT PRICE ON YOUR WEBSITE
We adjust our prices regularly in response to fashion trends, stock and
demand from customers. It’s our general view not to refund the difference.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
To ensure what you are buying fits properly, please check our womens and

sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.
CAN YOU GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT?
We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, but
if there is any further information you feel we need to put on our website to
help you, please let us know what information you’d like to see and we’ll do
our best to include it. Alternatively, should you want to try something on or
request further information, please visit one of our stores.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
If your credit card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and
you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If
your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and a message will
display on the payment page to inform you the payment was declined. If the
problem persists you should contact your card issuer.
If you're paying using your Beales Account Card, payments will show up on your normal monthly statement as usual. Once Beales have authorized your payment and are happy the cardholder information is correct though our series or checks and processes, we will send your goods to you at the registered cardholders address.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?
Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into My Account anytime you
want. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address
and download previous orders. Security is important to us and we do not store
your credit card or Beales Account card information.
If you haven't visited us in a while, it's worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date. The link to the My Account page is available from the top of the page.
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
Shop online as you would normally and make sure you type your promotional
code in the appropriate box when you check out, and click update to apply it to
your order. If it is not applied at this point, we cannot apply it to the same
order later on. Please note that store vouchers are not promotional codes and
store vouchers can only be used in Beales stores.
I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL IT?
We cannot unfortunately amend your order, however please contact the Customer
Services team on 01202 405200, between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday who
will be able to help assist with your order. You may cancel your order for any
reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have
received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
