sole discretion, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury
resulting from our negligence. We will only be liable for losses which are
foreseeable to both you and to us as a consequence of us breaching these terms
