My product is not available online. Can I check whether it’s available in my local store?

Currently we are unable to offer this service. The products on our website are shipped directly from our partners and do vary from the products sold in our physical stores.

How do I get more details about a product I am interested in?

Contact our Web Service Team either by email – orders@beales.co.uk – or by phone, on 01202 203440, and they will be happy to help. Depending on your query they will be able to contact most of our manufacturers and buyers in order to get a wide range of product specifications.

What cards do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Can I use a Beales Giftcard to pay for my order?

Currently we are unable to offer this service.

Can I use a Beales Loyalty Voucher to pay for my order?

How do I use a discount code?

Input your discount code into the ‘discount code’ box on the first page of the checkout process. You can find this located at the bottom of the page, and to left of your checkout total. Once you have typed your coupon code into the box, you will need to click 'apply coupon' for it to take effect.

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes normally have a set of criteria to ensure they work as intended. Check the terms of the code to ensure your product isn’t excluded or that the code hasn’t expired.
